   Screwed la!!!!!!!
   Wednesday, April 27, 2005, 6:58 PM

My life's kinda screwed bad, currently.

1. My keyboard is fucked! Some keys (D, G, H, J, S, X, Z & Alt) suddenly lost it's ability to respond. Fuck that, man! I'm typing using the On-Screen Keyboard provided by Microsoft (they prolly know shit like this happen). It's a bitch, but as for now, it's my best friend.

2. Started flipping my General & Oral Pathology (GOP) notes today. Double fuck lah! It's INSANE. Dry and lengthy. Never thought i'd say this but i hope to pass. Yet to dig out for my other 2 modules.

3. I can't tag at MyShoutBoxes. A message saying, "Cookies deactivated?" will appear. Well, how the hell can cookies be deactivated?! I never liked MSB but for the sake of friends' tag-o-loneliness, i tried my best to sound friendly and queried MSB's Help Support. Those motherfuckin' bastards haven't replied for 10 days.

4. Lolastripes and i can't meet for our Giggsy party next Wednesday; due to my exams. I'm so going to have ulcers.

   Attachment Part I over!
   Sunday, April 24, 2005, 8:20 PM

The attachment to NUH is finally over! On a gloomier note, exams are 2 weeks away and my week break will be occupied with reading up.

It's been a week since i last blogged. Was tired most of the time, right after everyday. Sorry!

Mayon had a match against SaiKit's friends. Won 7-6, sat out for the first 15 minutes, scored one, assisted 2 (of which i remember). We played like nutcases and reminded me of how MJFC does not play. Injured my already-not-100% knee badly today, right after scoring. There was also a fist-fight between Jusri and some of the opponents. I didn't really get involved because i just came on. It was funny though, thinking about how it went.
Had to miss MJFC's match which they won 7-2 yesterday for a planned gathering. Opit the newcomer scored. Hell i'm not ready to be a sub. Maybe for now i am, due to bad knee and exams.

A fat boy was interested in my sugardoodle at LPS and gave her his number after several tries. I have the number with me now and am thinking of giving prank calls. Any ideas?

[Kel] Check them out while you can :)
[Queen] Hey you, wink smiley at you back.
[Nicole] Aye, you gots blog?
[Dee] Likewise, won't be seeing you much though. Tc :)
[Rawklesius] I know you don't understand what you typed and i know i don't either, but i laughed anyway and i think you should too.
[Sugaa] HELLOOOOOOOO! (:
[All] Thanks for coming by! Help think of prank call ideas okay?

   SHS Freshmen Orientation 2005.
   Sunday, April 17, 2005, 11:57 PM

The Freshmen Orientation was held yesterday and it was a success. It wasn't smooth or fun, but it's all according to plans.
Was shocked to see the new batch of DTs having 27 people. What's more shocking is that there are 12 guys. They're a lively bunch and hopes the adapting to life in NYP doesn't take them too long.

Senior Mentor Nat said some freshmen-nurses were checking me out and asked her to ask me if i'm attached (at the start of the day when they were made to sit at the Auditorium). Heh. Seems like they're getting comfortable with the environment already :P

If Nat didn't pass the message on to you nurses (mentioned), if you can somehow read this thing (i can't say, because Nicole read), i'm happily attached and it looks like it's going very far :)

It was great meeting back with the other mentors. Marilyn was extra 'dental-nerdy'. Joyce was fierce but i know you're just worried about DT's well-being. I was calmer than i thought i could handle. Overall, i think the evaluation forms were honest and congrats to us for pulling through!

   Eventful NUH.
   Thursday, April 14, 2005, 9:28 PM

Today was eventful.

Canteen's snacks auntie thought i'm a worker in my uniform. I told her i'm on attachment. She asked which ITE i belong to -_-

GPU's Post Graduates observation session turned out to be cool. There was a surgery! This teen had to get her impacted canine (13) incised to expose it to the oral environment. Beyond my expectations.

Then, halfway through witnessing the surgery, Hue Min fainted! There was a loud thud but i didn't really bother at first - thinking it was nothing but instruments. She revived shortly after and seemed groggy. Must've been the tight face mask which sorta suffocated her.

Back in the Tutorial Room 2A, the girls were entertaining us all with their guess-who drawing session. It was funny exaggerating prominent features in people we know! LOL!

Went back to NYP for the Year 1 Mentorship Orientation briefing at 4. It was very embarrassing to be in our uniform! Many people looked and asked about the uniform while they laughed away. Those who didn't laugh failed to hide their efforts to restrain themselves from it. Joyce, Marilyn and i disappeared as soon as it was over.

[Faezah] Thanks girl :) They haven't used us yet. They slowly are though, hahah.
[Viruz] Hey hey~ Yes i remember you. Thanks for dropping by! 'Hi' to you too =D

   Attachment blows.
   Tuesday, April 12, 2005, 9:48 PM

The travel part stinks. It takes approximately 73 minutes.
The waking up part blows. 5.30am, i wake up. Bathe, breakfast, buzz off.
The uniform sucks, it matches us with bus conductors, ITE students and cleaners.
The building stinks. It's old.
The Kopitiam blows, it gives us the creeps in terms of price.
The standing required sucks. So tiring. No time and energy for other activities.

The students are nice. They are welcoming and sincerely gave their advices and answers to our queries.
The canteen is good, because it's prices are reasonable.
The toilets are clean, small yet cosy.
The dental procedures observed are cool. Some gruesome, yet interesting.

But this is killing me. I miss NYP.
The only happiest place to me in NUH is the Tutorial Room 2A, where we were allowed to keep our items.
Let's all do a countdown.

(i feel that the DT class is too gung-ho to stay put to a diploma)

[Lix] I heard y'all played only a half, winning 4-2. Mie said some of you complained of heat =S
[Art] Haha, thanks man. Will see you in school soon.
[Faezah] By the looks of it, it's not moving... My hall isn't big enough. Silly house, big area, small spaces.

   The aftermath.
   Sunday, April 10, 2005, 5:46 PM

Friday was a long day but it sure felt short. We had DrRonnie's farewell party. It was his so-called last day with us. Started out awkwardly and weirdly. It was boring. Was worried the food won't be enough (hell there were loads of extras). Mastura's brownies were chilled and were hot. Many people were sporting enough to act out forfeits in Banu's game, which stretched for almost the whole duration of the party. Thanks to the staff who came by!

I envy the NgeeAnnPoly pioneer Nursing batch, but life's got to move on.

Pearline, Ruth and i went to HPB together. We were nervous like crazy.. But when we reached, Yusri and TanWei2 were still waiting. It was around 40 minutes after Yusri's supposed interview time. The receptionist remembered me... "Hmm, changed your hairstyle eh?". My interview went fine, and i'll be exploding if i don't get it again this time. Met Darla after that to get my black shoes for attachment. She found the one i wanted. It's always like that.

Had an MJ match yesterday, against this sponsored team. I was wondering why some of us felt intimidated and unusually, we warmed up. I was hungry for goals but i missed a definite sitter during the first 15 minutes or so. After that incident onwards, my morale wasn't really at the peak and it felt weird. 3-3. Had to leave for home while the rest went to eat after that. Was groggy and uncomfortable in the bus and i sensed a sickness along the way.

So i was sick, and that might've contributed to my overall below-par performance. I failed to recover and had to give Mayon's match a miss. Haiz.

ManUtd lost to Norwich. Not really shocking to me. I'm just wondering.. How come Norwich's stadium produced louder cheers and response from the supporters, while Old Trafford (being one of England's biggest stadiums) produced not even half as much? My vote: Fergie and Queiroz has got to go. Motherfuckers.

   Rush of blood.
   Thursday, April 07, 2005, 11:33 PM

My mind is equipped with lots of things.

Sponsorship Interview tomorrow - I've got my clothes ready but i've yet to get paperwork fully done. I musn't forget to zap the stuff. Going to shave my precious goatee right after this post.

Tomorrow's DT Party - Activities officially planned is zero with only 1 suggestion so far. Drinks haven't been settled properly, gonna get to school earlier for that.

Sugarheart - Finally met her just now. Need more. Watched Be Cool. Complicated connecting plot. TheRock was gay and different. 6.5 out of 10. Meeting her tomorrow, after my interview, but the meeting time depends on the interview(s) duration.

Health - Need loads more sleep. The night's way too fast!

School - I feel like i'm approaching my vacation already but in actual fact, DT is still quite fucked for now. We have 6 weeks until our short freedom. That sucks pretty bad, coz hunhun's vacation starts tomorrow and ends just as DT starts having our own. Big-time low-blow. The attachment also worries me. Do i have to trim my hair at the back? I need to get myself black shoes.

Money - It's way below basement level.

   Back.
   Wednesday, April 06, 2005, 1:41 PM

I was feeling really busy after the last time i blogged and was actually so for some of the days. I'm so-called back now, blogging from SHS' computer lab, waiting for my Radiography Exam at 4pm.

School has been going good. I was flying with my practicals and did exceptionally well for my OpTech Practical Exam. Glad to know that Dr Vee admires my work.

Sponsorship Interview will be held this Friday at HPB. I got a neato, nerdass haircut for it and will be shaving my goatee clean tomorrow night. I hope the 6 of us will be successful :)

Attachment to NUH begins next Monday and will last for 2 weeks. I hope i won't appear stupid and won't have trouble with the Mentorship programmes for the April intake.

Sweetness and i have been away from each other for quite some time now and the weight on our hearts are just way unbearable. (I'll stop here, too mushy).

Family-wise, it's going rather well. My dad bought me a belated Birthday gift - A 16x DVD writer. Kewlness! I totally scratched that out of my 'to-buy' list. What makes it even hotter is... It's black in colour!

Soccer. Mayon seem to have been silenced after the end to our victorious run. Keith's prolly busy with keyboard classes, Pai with Ells, Thik with JC soccer, Lix working, Fiz studying, Shaun wanking, Ban and Lai... They never get bored. I'm looking forward for more Marceles games nowadays and there is one this Saturday. Hopefully i can add more goals to my tally :)

EPL's getting boring whenever it comes into this stage of the competition. Internationals invading our TVs. Whatever it is, ManUtd fucked theirselves on the face against Blackburn, got me pissed like a gelding. Anyhow, the Bowyer-Dyer row was fantastic! Bowyer looked so ugly when he was fierce. Now THAT's TV!
