   Bloody break.
   Thursday, April 27, 2006, 10:59 PM

This week's a lot longer than i predicted.
I'm bored, sleepy, distracted and way too relaxed.
Tomorrow might be a potential waster yet again, but what i know is, i'll kick up the gear on the weekends.

Got myself a 2nd pair of raincoat, for my lovely pillion(s), for only $20. It was tagged at $72. Eye-popping.. I love my hawkeye for great deals.

Will be on a mini-mission after the exams. Crimson needs some pampering done. Will post her pictures on my Friendster once the little 'makeover' is done.

And my pal Kaz (right there on my tagboard) who previously lost his bike at Liza's multi-storey carpark has finally had a reunion with his machine. Crazy country, we live in.

[Kaz] So, what was the process man? Is it 100% intact? Damn. Anyway, good for you now you got it back, haha..
[Hui Ping] The sight of the word puke made me want to puke too. The sight of Vygotsky, his psychosexual friend, Piaget and the rest of the gang makes me want to choke someone.
[Cady] Just my luck to bump into you two... Was really feeling like loosening up that night lah... Aiyah there goes, another excuse.. Kk.

Piaget, Erikson and Vygotsky can die.

Tried to swallow in some Developmental Psychology today.
Fuck the module :)

And i especially hate the idea of strategic SEQs. Come on, we're at Tertiary level and doing Health Sciences. To make us answer according to memory and strategy is straight-up bullshit.

Installed my Harley Davidson Fork Bag on my bike's right rear fender. No space at the fork and behind the sissy bar, all thanks to the incompatibility of the damn saddles. Looking to get new ones after the exams. It tempts people to steal it and i'm crazy enough to take that risk.

Bumped into Cady and Leen at Metro yesterday. Was with Lola. Was off to Causeway Point only, so close to home; With bike somemore, so nobody looks at me.. Explains the 'uncle' dressing. Ha!

[Keith] Aper dah... Where's the motivation man?! Then i shall borrow your ride sometimes, i want to know how it feels like to ride a yellow 2B cruiser-type.
[Kelly] I do, though i thought it was a damn lame nick... Haa... :P
[Ijah] Thanks for the favour :) Much much appreciated!

   Where's the gap?
   Sunday, April 23, 2006, 9:59 PM

Rode to town yesterday, great to know it takes only 20 minutes. Plus, free parking (credits to Aza for the tip).

Went to Sembawang Park with Lola to just chill out and eat bazaar snacks. It was close to midnight, CRAZY DARK and deserted. No joke. Made a detour.

Heartbreak for me: Got to know the Saddlebags won't fit into Crimson and i'll have to let it go. I'm considering the need for sidemounts now.

I miss playing soccer and my right boot tore.
I hate my guitar, my fingers have lost their abilities.

Yus is finally waiting for TP. And he has no idea what bike to ride. Fizo and Keith, update me on your progress alright.

[Kelly] DD Essay = Developmental Disabilities Essay :)
[Mastura] You won't believe how much of your emotions were made obvious at that moment.

   Killer.
   Friday, April 21, 2006, 11:00 PM

Dr Hema's test today was an absolute KILLER. Question 1 was okay, but question 2 onwards (all the way until 90) kept hitting me like a son of a bitch.
I don't even want to guess what grade i'll get for it. Ridiculously tormenting, not forgetting demoralising.

Ethics and DD Essay tests' results are out. I'm happy with mine. Barely anyone did badly anyway.

Had a get-to-know session with the Year 1 and 2s.. Right after that damn test. DT04's moods were skimming the low tide of course. Apologies for the unenthusiastic participation! Would've had lots to comment on the planning of the event, but i'm sure the Year 2s did what they can.. Kudos :)
A better, enclosed place would've made it less messy; and water-splashing? Maybe not.. 04's a very posh group. Haha...

The Year 1s look very fresh, like usual. (Some of the Year 2s still look fresh, but.. Not as fresh as they were. Out of topic.) The malay girl, i think Fizah was her name, was VERY enthusiastic - it made me feel like i have hypothyroidism. She recognized Mas as the "girl in the book". Mas' facial expression was priceless.

1 week study break. Tomorrow being the last Saturday at NDC. Finally, TGIFs will start again!

   Eagle footrests.
   Monday, April 17, 2006, 10:00 PM

I went for bike servicing at Ah Koon today. Fantastic workmanship indeed. Took the chance to get pillion eagle footrests too. Gotta do some running in till the oil tuning gets seasoned, and what better way could the idea of the journey from Woodlands to HPB (and back) be?

I came at the perfect time. The workshop was free until halfway through my servicing, when a long queue of around 5 Phantoms formed.
Saw a brilliant Shadow Slasher there. Absolutely eye-popping.

Lola was with me throughout the day.
So, when exactly do i start studying, aye?

Oh anyway, i also got myself an MHR helmet.

PS: Apologies to Mayon for oversleeping the game away. Sister took the cellphone to play games and it was my only source of alarm.

   Pay Day, finally.
   Sunday, April 16, 2006, 6:08 PM

I've long awaited the time when my bank's refilled, and the time has come! It feels good to start withdrawing at ATMs and my mind's at ease, thinking of a good day to go service my bike.

But......
I just realised my exams are like, in 2 weeks time. The saying "Warning, the dates on the calendar are actually closer than they appear" couldn't have hit me harder. The adrenaline pump has not started in my system, and i'll just go with the flow. I've come to a stage whereby my mind says practical work will overshadow theory in every aspect of my future.

I suffered terrible back pain 2 nights ago, and my dad massaged it, diagnosing it as a severe case of a possible nervous failure at that specific part of the verterbrae. I was bandaged like a mummy that night.

   April's fool.
   Wednesday, April 05, 2006, 12:17 PM

Something's sparked in DT04. We shall stick together.
Anyway, this week's a week of hell. Hope it goes well.

Watched The Hills Have Eyes. Very disturbing movie! The thrill factor was continuous for very long moments in the movie. Sometimes i think it's too much and all i wanted to do was get out of the theater and catch a comedy or something. Not so much deal for the M18 category, i'm vaccinated against violence. But still, the movie's disturbing. 7/10 for me, overall.. But if you are in the mood for some suspense, this is a great choice.

My bike's covering a mile weekly, i think it's insane. It's been a sluggish time since the last payday. I need to service my bike desperately. *May* be taking public transport next week to conserve Crimson's life. Bummer.

[Ijah] It's long-er, and it's up to an individual how 'long' is categorized. It's still short to me.
[Mastura] Haha, tied my surgeon's cap too tight that morning.
[Hanah] There's some essence lah here and there, some wavelengths of your voice represented hers. Heheh. Or maybe just that my judgement was coked.
